Biography
Amanda Hollis-Brusky is a Professor of Politics at Pomona College with expertise on the Supreme Court, the United States Constitution, and American Politics. She is also the founder and faculty advisor to the Claremont Colleges' LWV Student Club and a Girl Scout Troop leader. Amanda is a staunch defender of democracy, the environment, and reproductive justice. She is passionate about empowering women and girls and loves being a part of the League with its rich history of doing just that. When not working or volunteering, Amanda enjoys hiking, skiing, travel and adventure, karaoke, softball, dancing, theatre, and spending quality time with friends and family. She lives in Claremont with her husband, two daughters, and two Doodles.
